Frequently Asked Questions

What counts as a deliverable?
One deliverable is one original design concept for one purpose, delivered in up to four platform sizes, with two rounds of revisions. Text, date and lineup swaps on a design delivered in the last 60 days are free. A genuinely new creative direction for the same event is a new deliverable, and an animated version of an approved static (up to 15 seconds) counts as two.
How does a retainer start?
Strobe and Prism start with a short call so we can look at your calendar, your current creative and who approves what. You get a written scope and a start date within a day of the call, then a kickoff brief and a shared folder. Ignite can be booked instantly — a promoter with a Friday deadline shouldn't have to wait for a meeting.
What's your typical turnaround time?
Ignite delivers within 5–7 business days. Strobe clients get 3–5 business days turnaround, and Prism clients get 48-hour priority turnaround. Rush delivery (+$99) is available on any package for 24-hour turnaround.
Who does the work?
Hyperprism is a founder-led studio. Every project is directed and produced by the studio's principal designer — the same person on every brief, from first concept to final files. Nothing is routed to a queue or handed to a junior, which is why Prism is capped at two clients.
What if I need more than my monthly deliverables?
Extra deliverables are added at the per-piece rate in your scope, or you move up a tier. Brand identity, stage visuals, merch lines and full campaign systems are scoped as their own projects — we do all of it, it just deserves its own process.
Can I cancel my monthly plan?
Yes — Strobe and Prism are month-to-month. Cancel anytime before your next billing cycle with no penalties.
What file formats do I receive?
All deliverables come as high-res PNG, JPG, and PDF. Social graphics are pre-sized for every major platform, and print pieces ship press-ready.
Do you work with artists and venues outside Los Angeles?
