Can I cancel my monthly plan?

Yes — Strobe and Prism are month-to-month. Cancel anytime before your next billing cycle with no penalties.

What file formats do I receive?

All deliverables come as high-res PNG, JPG, and PDF. Social graphics are pre-sized for every major platform.

Do you work with artists outside the US?

Absolutely. We work with DJs, promoters, and venues worldwide. All communication and delivery happens digitally.
