What we collect

How we use it

We don't add you to a newsletter or marketing list because you filled in a form. If we follow up on an inquiry and you'd rather we didn't, reply and say so — that's the end of it.

Who handles it

These providers process data on our behalf and under their own security practices. We don't share your information with anyone else except where required by law.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@hyperprism.studio. California residents have these rights under the CCPA; we extend the same courtesy to everyone. We keep inquiry and booking records for as long as they're useful for the working relationship and for ordinary business record-keeping.

Deliverables and revisions

One deliverable is one original design concept for one purpose, delivered in up to four platform sizes, with two rounds of revisions. A round is one consolidated set of notes. Text, date and lineup swaps on a design delivered in the last 60 days are free. A new creative direction for the same event is a new deliverable; an animated version of an approved static (up to 15 seconds) counts as two. Brand identity systems, stage and LED visuals, merch lines, print production management and full campaign systems are scoped and quoted separately.

Assets and approvals

Clients supply artist photos, logos, cleared imagery and approved copy. Licensing or sourcing third-party assets on a client's behalf is billed separately. Timelines run from the point a complete brief and assets are received.

Rights

Full commercial usage rights to final, paid-for deliverables transfer to the client on payment. Hyperprism retains the right to show completed work in its portfolio and marketing, with client and artist attribution, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refunds

Because design work starts immediately, package fees are non-refundable once work has begun. If we can't start a booked project for any reason on our side, you receive a full refund.
